My experience since migrating from Maryland to York Pennsylvania: I supped at various ministries seeking to find where I should be joined in fellowship so I could benefit the kingdom while continuing to be equipped by pastors who had the heart of GOD for people. At long last I’m a jewel etched, cast and set in the necklace of GOD at New Wine Ministries. My first visit was midweek bible study night. I came to receive the word of God and I did but even more so I walked into an interactive teaching rapport that was filled with lively stones (people having constructive fun) while learning how to access the understanding of the bible. This hour and a half session was enlightening supportive and relational.

Pastor Melvin is a pleasant approachable person who loves people just like he loves the Lord. He’s detail oriented, transparent and down to earth while broadening you as he brings revelation, teaching the bible. >First Lady Sandra is compassionate, sincere and loving. She loves to pray, loves to worship the Lord and is a profound teacher. >The assembly of members is affectionate and courteous encouragements you’d enjoy being around.

We don’t play church here at New Wine Ministries, you are the church which assembles in a building under the pastorate to be equipped to go out and tell the world about CHRIST. Come taste and see for yourself.

There are many people and events that have impacted my life. Some good, some bad, some fleeting & others long-lasting. New Wine Ministries is one of the good & lasting things! For the longest time, I petitioned God to place me in a House that truly represented Christ. My spirit man had recently been stirred up and I knew I needed safety. I literally cried and asked God to send me to a place where the Under Shepherd “would see the Spirit of the Lord in me” and “know that I was urgently seeking God”. I needed truth, direction and impartation, for without those things immediately, I would teeter back into the ways of the world.

God wiped my tears away when He sent me to that place that He called into existence. I walked into New Wine Ministries and the title of the sermon was “Back to the Basics”. God loved me enough to send me to that place on the same day that He sent that specific Word. The Holy Spirit even spoke to me and affirmed: “this is a safe place…you can rest here….the Under Shepherd I called will lead you and keep all of my sheep safe.” The Lord has not and will not go back on His word. I’ve been growing in Christ and learning and moving forward with the things of God. I have witnessed the saving power of Christ for myself and have heard powerful testimonies from others.

“Praises to my Lord & Savior. Thank you O God for your Son and Your Spirit. Thank you for setting New Wine Ministries in this Earth, Lord keep your hand upon us that we may continue to do Your will.
